Learning Turkish is not difficult. In fact, no language is difficult to learn. You just need to listen without worrying about learning. My method is to first read a text and then listen to it out loud.
But such resources are very limited. The ones that do exist are paid. Admittedly, this is a laborious task and it is not easy to offer it for free. But there is free content on this blog.
Is Turkish a difficult language?
Technically speaking, all languages are difficult. It is illogical (unless we are academics) to treat hundreds of years of accumulation as technical. We have to deal with the surface. A Turkish teacher may know English very well, but he cannot speak it naturally like an English child.
We should not focus on grammar because there is no end to it. Linguistics is exhausting and tiring, it goes beyond language learning.
